Order less than PKR,1500/- (Shipping Charges PKR,200/-)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We at www.oxford.com.pk aim at customer satisfaction. We guarantee consumer rights & keeping you well aware by advice offered through our catalog, website and social media or through any other medium. The policy mentioned below is for the same service. It applies to all the orders placed online via our website.

Items that can be returned:

You are entitled to have the product returned on the occasion of them being defective or not in compliance with your order. In any case you are not satisfied with the product you have a right to return it easily (subject to time limit) provided that:

The product you are returning is intact and complete
The product is not utilized in any way (neither washed nor dry cleaned)
The packaging of the item is intact and unblemished

Items that cannot be returned:

It is not complete or an item is missing
It is customized in size, style or customization in fabric
It is stained, emits body odors or perfume scents has marks, damages or water stains.
Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Discounted final sale merchandise is non-returnable.

For exchanging or returning any of your purchased item please email us at info@oxford.com.pk our customer care representative will get back to you within next 24-48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). You can return the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Return Address’, please note the courier cost of returning the item would be borne by customer.

In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received,Oxford will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier and in case if you have to pay the return fee than the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Please note that we do not accept the returns for those products that are not purchased through www.oxford.com.pk, if purchased from Oxford outlet or reseller, the related place of merchandise would be point of exchange, return and refunds according to the policy.
 

Without original receipt:

All unworn, unwashed or defective items can be returned without the original receipt.
The merchandise without receipt will be refunded at the current selling price and an exchange will be offered in the form of store credit that can be used to buy any product at the similar or higher value.
Oxford reserves the right to refuse excessive non-receipted returns.
Discounted final sale merchandise is non-returnable.
Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Products carrying a smell or stain from a deodorant, perfume, body lotion etc., are non-returnable.
Altered garments are considered as a final sale and are non-returnable.

Time limit

The return is subject to time limit i.e. ten (10) days after delivery. The receipt of the product will be needed for our convenience and your ease.

All products eligible for returns & exchanges can be shipped to our below address or as instructed by our Customer Care Representative, your shipping fee would be adjusted in your next order.

Refund Policy

Current facility of refund is not available only an exchange is possible. However, if the item(s) sent to you is/are not the item(s) you ordered such as a wrong size, color or a defective product is sent, only then a refund can be processed. Moreover in this case, the item(s) to be returned that are not in conformity with your order, the return-shipping cost would be borne by Oxford. Items would be picked up from your location through local courier (valid only for Domestic orders). Therefore please drop us an email at  info@oxford.com.pk if the product received is not in conformity with your order, the customer support staff will instruct the courier for the pick-up.
